Recipe
1 Avocado diced
2 Vine Tomatoes diced
1/3 cup Mozzarella cheese diced
1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
Dice avocado, tomatoes and cheese put into a bowl. Pour the lemon juice over the top and fresh ground black pepper. Stir until well mixed. Serve with some nice crusty bread or just by itself. Eat up and enjoy! I hope you start your culinary exploration with this simply delicious salad.
